Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Towongo, our desire is to serve you with excellence and integrity as you receive materials that support your spiritual growth and development. Every resource is handled with care and prayer.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept requests for returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or tampered with
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The book contains printing defects or missing pages

To qualify:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must remain unused and in their original condition (except where damage occurred during shipping)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

2. How to Report an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or concern

This allows our team to review and respond promptly.

3. Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • Replacement: A new copy will be shipped to you at no additional cost
  • Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing timelines:

  • Review & approval: 1–3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days (depending on your financial provider)
  • Replacement delivery: Based on standard shipping timelines

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Books that have been used, marked, or altered after delivery
  • Requests made after the 7-day reporting period
  • Digital resources, eBooks, or downloadable materials
  • Items marked as final sale or special ministry releases

5. Shipping & Responsibility

  • If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover all associated costs
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • International orders may be subject to customs delays or fees, which are outside our control

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under this return policy

7. Ministry Note

Our materials are released as part of a spiritual mandate to equip lives and advance God’s work. While we uphold professional standards in service and delivery, we also ask that all requests be made in good faith and integrity.
